The pipe — made of bone and leather — was last seen after keyboardist Merl Saunders and Jerry Garcia worked on an album in 1991. Garcia stored the pipe at Saunders' home. Then it was forgotten.

Jerry Garcia's marijuana pipe takes a long, strange trip and ends up in Marin County antique shop "My shop is fun and a lot of fun stuff walks in the door," shop owner Steve Cabella said.
