Cornerback Antonio Cromartie Jr., the son of four-time NFL Pro Bowler Antonio Cromartie, announced his commitment to Florida State Monday night.

Florida State football is bringing a familiar name on campus as Antonio Cromartie Jr, son of the legendary DB, has committed to the Seminoles program.

The son of former Jets corner Antonio Cromartie is following in his father’s footsteps. Antonio Cromartie Jr. committed to Florida State University on Monday after making the trip to Tallahassee the day before to visit the school.

Antonio Cromarte Jr. will look to follow in his father's footsteps this year. Like his dad, a four-time Pro Bowler and 2007 All-Pro, the younger Cromartie plays cornerback. The three-star recruit tallied 85 tackles,
