The disturbance in the northwest Caribbean sea has become better organized and is a threat to develop as it approaches land, but it's not officially a tropical cyclone yet. On the forecast track, the system could become a tropical storm on Saturday just before making landfall in Belize. If it does, it will be named Nadine.
