The Panthers and 2025 No. 8 pick Tetairoa McMillan agreed to a rookie contract, the team announced on Thursday. According to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk, McMillan's deal is worth $27.9 million over four years. McMillan will now join 2024 first-rounder Xavier Legette as a top target for Carolina quarterback Bryce Young.

The Carolina Panthers will host their annual rookie minicamp on Friday and Saturday. Tetairoa McMillan, Nic Scourton, Princely Umanmielen and Trevor Etienne will be among the players in attendance.
