Stablecoin issuer Circle Internet's shares climbed 41% to hit a record high on Friday, extending a stellar run after a blowout market debut on the New York Stock Exchange a day earlier.

Stablecoin issuer Circle Internet Group has marked its foray into the public market, with the stock opening at $69. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "CRCL" on 5 June 2025.

Circle, the company behind the $61 billion stablecoin USDC, made a roaring debut on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday, becoming the first stablecoin issuer to go public and making CEO and cofounder Jeremy Allaire a billionaire.
