Sean Combs' lawyers filed a motion to suppress the search warrants federal agents used during the raid of his homes last March and for access to his internet history. The motion filed on Sunday and obtained by Rolling Stone claims "the government made false statements and omitted critical exculpatory evidence in its warrant applications in this case,

Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney Anthony Ricco asked to withdraw from the rapper's defense for his May sex trafficking trial because he could not "effectively serve as counsel" under any "circumstances."

The motion seeks to suppress all evidence obtained through these federal searches or grant a hearing to examine the government's conduct in obtaining the warrants.
