Nick Chubb had become arguably the Cleveland Browns' most beloved player since Bernie Kosar since arriving in 2018. Much like the famed quarterback of the 1980s and early 1990s, the running back's time in the NFL will end elsewhere.

Chubb was a second-round pick by the Browns in 2018 and had spent his entire career with Cleveland up until this point. A knee injury limited him to two games in 2023 and forced him to miss part of the 2024 season as well. Chubb then ended last season on IR with a foot injury.
