Freed American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander has met President Trump and the first lady in the White House — where he revealed that his treatment during captivity improved after Trump was elected

Edan Alexander, the U.S.-Israeli dual citizen who was held hostage by Hamas, visited the White House Thursday for a meeting with President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania.

Trump in early March met at the White House with a group of eight former hostages who had been released by Hamas: Iair Horn, Omer Shem Tov, Eli Sharabi, Keith Siegel, Aviva Siegel, Naama Levy, Doron Steinbrecher and Noa Argamani.
