Minjee Lee closed with a 2-over 74 but never gave up the lead Sunday in the final round of the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship to win her third major title.

Australia’s Minjee Lee has held her nerve to win her third major championship with a three-shot victory in the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in Texas.She dropped her broomstick putter and threw her hands to her head after completing the job with par on the 18th to finish the final round with two-over-par 74.

Lee, an Irving resident, is the only golfer to go bogey-free in 387 rounds that have been played this week at Fields Ranch East.
