The Las Vegas Raiders signed wide receiver Seth Williams on Tuesday, one day before the NFL team will hold its first practice of training camp. A former Paul Bryant High School and Auburn standout, Williams signed with the Raiders after a Tuesday workout for the team.
The move reunites Adams with Raiders head coach Pete Carroll, whom Adams played four seasons under during their time with the Seattle Seahawks. The 2023 season would be the final year in Seattle for both of them, as Carroll stepped down as head coach to move into an advisory role, while the franchise released Adams several months later.
Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Geno Smith has great expectations in town after being traded from the Seattle Seahawks and signing a two-year, $75 million contract extension with the Silver and Black.
Dorsett spent three seasons with the New England Patriots with Tom Brady — who’s a minority owner of the Raiders — as his quarterback. The 32-year-old was part of the New England’s Super Bowl LIII win over the Los Angeles Rams.
