A 23-time Olympic gold medalist was in the house Tuesday at Ravens practice in Owings Mills, and he wasn’t alone. Michael Phelps was there for the Marlon Humphrey-orchestrated swimming lessons after the cornerback showed off the team’s new pool on social media and prodded the 40-year-old Baltimore native.

Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and legendary Ravens' linebacker Ray Lewis stopped by to give the team motivation speeches ahead of the 2025 campaign. Phelps discussed doing the "small things" when preparing and talked about some of his experiences in the Olympics. Lewis gave a fiery speech about the mentality needed to win a championship.
