Nov 6, 2023 · Pikmin 1 was my first Pikmin game, but then I dropped it because I didn't like it and thought it was too hard. Later, Pikmin 4 got announced and I wanted to get back into it, so I got Pikmin 3 DX (because it was on sale). I beat it (it's considered the easiest of the series) and I loved it. I then got Pikmin 2 and beat that.

Jun 28, 2023 · Being able to enjoy Pikmin 2 made me a massive fan where Pikmin 1 lost me. I bought Pikmin 3 and the deluxe on release date because of the lack of the time limit. Same will happen with Pikmin 4. I get some people enjoy it, but I don't get why it's not treated like Nuzlocke for pokemon. There is no reason to have the game itself impose the limit.

Jul 18, 2023 · one of my biggest problems right now is actually getting the pikmin type I want to throw like say I want specifically yellow pikmin to take this one enemy back to the onion, whenever I hold a pikmin and press R to select the yellows it never actually stays selected to them and the next ones I throw are reds and manually selecting them every time takes way too …

it seems more like pikmin 4 is an alternate timeline. you can read all of olimar's log entries and some of them say some interesting things, including about a dream he has where his company goes into debt because of a coworker's negligence.

Apr 11, 2015 · Pikmin was great and to the point: it showed the beautiful creative potential of Nintendo-ingenuity for a new IP; it is brilliant in its own right and I love the game for that. 2 took most of which was great about the 1 and expanded the horizon: there was just simply more to do.

Aug 10, 2023 · All of that to say, I'm uploading the Pikmin 1 MIDIs for anyone who's had a hard time finding them. Note that many of the track titles use simple english or japanese words for the titles instead of their real name (i.e, the track named "jungle" is the title theme, "flow" is The Final Trial, "yaku" is the Distant Spring) Enjoy!

Pikmin 2 is said to be the hardest, but 1 is definitely harder than 4 and 3. Pikmin 1 has a lot less extra stuff to soften the blow for newcomers- it's a bit more gritty, relying on proper timing, resource allocation, and skill rather than auto-aiming, multiple captains, and so on and so forth.
