Gram’s Snowball cookies ⛄️ Welcome to episode 8 of my Christmas cookie series! Ingredients 3½ sticks butter (one and 3/4 cups total) 10 tbsp sugar 2 tsp vanilla 4 cups all purpose flour 2 tbsp water 2 cups chopped pecans Powdered sugar for rolling Directions: Start by mixing butter, vanilla, and sugar together Once well mixed add in flour one cup at a time until fully mixed Mix in water Fold in chopped pecans Then form the dough into balls (using a 1 inch cookie scooper) and place on a lined pan

Holiday mickey cookies!🎄 Bake cookie dough in mold until lightly golden (around 10-12 minutes) and cool to room temperature. Remove from mold, wash and dry mold. Pipe chocolate half way up the mold and insert cookies back in before the chocolate sets. Chill for 20 minutes and remove from mold. Decorate with more chocolate!
