A witness submitted this video to KOMO News showing a man driving an allegedly stolen vehicle and fleeing police in Seattle Thursday afternoon. The man is suspected of hitting a police officer with his vehicle in the Interbay area and then taking off to the South Lake Union neighborhood. The officer had minor injuries. The man ditched the stolen vehicle near Terry Ave and Lenora Streets and then took off on foot. The situation drew a large police response to South Lake Union Thursday afternoon.

As part of a recent proposal by the city of Seattle, KOMO News confirmed that newly added fencing now divides Denny Blaine Park into two areas. Clothing is still required along the grass-filled western area of the park, while the eastern, beach area of Denny Blaine is now designated as "clothing optional."
