A waterspout that came ashore as a tornado near the east end of Ocean Isle Beach and the west end of Holden Beach in North Carolina on Thursday Aug 14th. This was attached to a thunderstorm that was strong and showed a lot of rotation. Different than some waterspouts that form in fair weather and are rather weak.
