Save my recipe for Salmon Onigirazu! It’s a a Japanese rice sandwich similar to Onigiri which is a rice ball. I used cooked salmon that I only seasoned with salt and fried in a little avocado oil. Then mashed it with some kewpie mayo and added a little more salt. For my cooked rice I added 1 tsp mirin, 1 tsp sesame oil and a sprinkle of fruikake.
