Eating two kinds of Pho is normally highly discouraged when you visit Vietnam because typically, that means that the vendor is selling two versions of soup from the same pot of broth, which is a no-no. This place does it different though, they serve two very good versions of both types of Pho, using quality ingredients and from two separate broth pots. The chicken pho broth here is extremely thick and rich, me likey! It definitely is on par with some of my favorite chicken pho spots in Hanoi, wh
