Something truly has to be done about the constant trash Blanche Court Apartments located at the corner of South 16th & Blanche Court is putting on our street. The manager of the apartments are cleaning out apartments and stacking huge piles on the side of street which 90% of the time stays there for over 3 weeks before the City comes out to pick it up.
