Our friends in Alexandria, Alabama are proud. They work hard and they love tradition. So when the iconic old oak tree had seen its day and had to be taken down, the town folk were heartbroken. Enter Alexandria High School principal Jason Deason, who contacted tree sculptor Chad Gainey of Florida. Chad traveled to Alexandria, started up his 5 chain saws, and in 5 days transformed an 18-foot trunk into "Cubby" the school mascot.
