Tebing setinggi 30 meter longsor tutupi jalan Bagbagan-Mekarasih, tepatnya di Kampung Cipicung RT 10 RW 03, Desa Mekarasih, Kecamatan Simpenan, Kabupaten Sukabumi, pada Sabtu (10/1/2026) sekitar pukul 05.00 Wib pagi. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi akibat hujan dengan intensitas sedang hingga tinggi yang mengguyur wilayah tersebut sejak dini hari.
