A Public park filled with trash from a very large Homeless encampment in Portland, Oregon. Every time I stumble across these camps wonder where all the outrage went? Where are the environmentalists? How come people stop caring about our environment? It doesn’t seem possible for most people to simultaneously be concerned about a homeless person but also the environment.
