Ukraine’s Security Service has struck a major Russian energy hub. Sources in Ukraine’s security services told Kyiv Post that the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai was hit. The terminal is one of the largest ports in the Black Sea region, handling oil, gas, and ammonia shipments. Its storage facilities exceed one million cubic meters. Russian forces launched another overnight assault on Ukraine, striking Kyiv and Odesa and killing civilians. Residential areas were hit in both cities. In Kyiv, two people were killed and apartment buildings and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. In Odesa, strikes also hit residential neighbourhoods, with officials reporting damage to an Orthodox monastery.
